The Jenner and Kardashian clan have taken the world by storm with their reality show – Keeping Up With The Kardashians, their books, clothes stores DASH, jewellery/clothing/perfume lines, video games, mobile App’s, hair extension range, cosmetics and more.
They’re also blasted all over the television and internet for other reasons. It seems people are obsessed with Kylie Jenner’s full lips, and not to mention the Kardashian girl’s big behinds. Kim and Khloe especially are admired for their curves. They use waist-trainers to slim their waistline, and exercises to get that full, rounder ass.
So, how do they do it? Below are some exercises that will help you achieve the look.
One minute lunges and lifts (left leg forward.)
Thirty second lunge pulses (leg left forward.)
One minute lunges (right leg forward.)
Thirty second lunges (right leg forward.)
One minute double dip squats.
Thirty second static hold.
Thirty second squat pulses.
The above work-out lasts only five minutes and burns 35-60 calories. Two to three times a week is sufficient. If you don’t want a butt as big as Khloe then do these exercises a couple of times a week.
There is even a Brazilian butt-lift cream by Freezeframe available online, which promises to re-contour the buttocks, and create a more shapely, firmer and lifted posterior which looks perkier and younger.
There is also another butt enhancement cream available online called IsoSensuals Curve. There are over two thousand reviews on Amazon, and sixty percent of those are five stars. I’m not quite sure that I believe creams can achieve this, but the again, anti-wrinkle and skin firming creams work on the face, so if you can get these type of creams at a decent price, why not give it a go?
